Working from home

Thanks to the Coronavirus, we have been working from home for the past three weeks.

Some members of my team love it (I personally love it) and some are having a really hard time with it.

It’s very important to stay in touch during this time. I have increased the frequency of 1:1s with the team to ask how they are coping. I have gotten a lot of questions and given some advice. Here is what I have to say about this.

Your productivity and well being while you WFH depends on 2 factors: 1) do you have what you need to be productive? and 2) are you able to establish boundaries between home and work?

In 2009, I had a job where I came to an office in New Jersey every workday.
